Translation
Human translation for clear, accurate target-language content suited to its intended use.
Professional translation helps your documents work clearly and reliably in another language. At PangeaVox Translation, we translate business, legal, technical, corporate, and specialist materials with attention to terminology, purpose, audience, and context.
The right translation workflow depends on how the document will be used. A contract, certificate, or official record requires a different approach from a business presentation, technical manual, or internal company policy. Before we start, we review the subject matter, file format, deadline, target audience, and any formal requirements that may apply.
Whether you need a contract translated for review, a technical manual prepared for an international team, or business documents adapted for external communication, we select the appropriate workflow before the project starts. Where required, this may include terminology preparation, independent review, formatting checks, or certification guidance, so that the final text is accurate, consistent, and suitable for the way it will be used.
Core services
Structured translation support for documents used in professional, official, corporate, and specialist settings.
Document translation covers written materials used in business, administration, legal matters, internal communication, reporting, and professional correspondence. This may include contracts, reports, letters, presentations, policies, instructions, certificates, forms, tenders, and supporting documents.
The aim is to preserve the meaning, structure, and function of the source document while producing a clear and natural text in the target language. Where required, we also take into account terminology, formatting, document layout, and the intended recipient.
Best suited for: Business documents, official records, internal materials, correspondence, reports, presentations, and supporting files.
Formal and official use
Legal and certified translations are used when documents need to be submitted to courts, public authorities, immigration offices, universities, banks, employers, notaries, or other institutions. These documents may include contracts, powers of attorney, certificates, court documents, company records, academic documents, and official correspondence.
An apostille is an official certificate used for international recognition of public documents between countries that are party to the Hague Apostille Convention. It does not certify the quality or accuracy of the translation itself. It confirms the authenticity of a signature, seal, or official capacity on the underlying document or related certification.
PangeaVox Translation prepares certified translations for official use and can arrange notarisation and apostille services through its notarial partners where available. Depending on the receiving authority, the apostille may be needed for the original document, the notarised translation, the translator’s certification, or another related document.
Because the procedure may differ by country and institution, we recommend confirming the required order of steps in advance: whether the document must be apostilled before translation, whether the translation itself must be notarised, and whether the notarised translation must also be apostilled.

Best suited for: Certificates, contracts, powers of attorney, court documents, company documents, immigration documents, academic records, and documents for official submission.
Business and corporate translation is designed for documents used in day-to-day operations, management, commercial communication, and professional decision-making. This may include company profiles, internal policies, HR materials, financial and management reports, commercial proposals, presentations, training materials, and business correspondence.
These translations need to be accurate, readable, and aligned with the purpose of the document. A client-facing proposal may require a polished and persuasive tone, while an internal policy may need clarity, consistency, and precise terminology.
Best suited for: Corporate documents, HR materials, internal policies, business correspondence, reports, proposals, presentations, and training content.
Technical and specialist translation is used for documents that require subject-matter knowledge and careful terminology control. This may include manuals, specifications, safety documents, instructions, product documentation, IT materials, cybersecurity content, engineering documents, and specialist reports.
The priority is precision. Technical texts often contain terms, abbreviations, measurements, warnings, and process descriptions that must remain consistent throughout the document. Where available, glossaries, previous translations, product documentation, and reference files help improve accuracy and consistency.
Best suited for: Technical manuals, specifications, safety documentation, IT and cybersecurity materials, product documentation, and specialist reports.
