The client onboarding starts with a discussion of the style, target audience, goals, timelines and reference materials to assure an excellent quality of the translation. The best translations are achieved via consultation with clients/end users. We welcome cooperation to ensure your full satisfaction.

As a rule, we use a computer-aided translation to keep the consistency of the terminology and the translation quality to support the task of human translation.

The project is to be allocated to the mother-tongue linguists based on language variant, subject, expertise, cultural knowledge and previous work for the same client.

Project manager prepare the project instructions according to the project-specific requirements for style, target audience, goals, timeline, support materials, language variants. Files are analyzed to prepare the originals and process including any translation memories, glossaries and pre-formatting.

The specialist translator collaborates with the PM to ensure a high quality translation with the consultation from the client. When proofreading is ordered, a second mother-tongue professional reviews the translation. The changes are then shared with the translator who returns a clean final version. PM verifies the final translation further for compliance with the project requirements. The project manager assist with finalizing and clarifying any queries and non-conformities, and will suggest suitable solutions and corrective actions. Then the translation will be delivered to the Client.
